17.Google User Data & API Services
Agency Linker, our account-linking and reporting tool, connects to Google services on your behalf using Google's official APIs and OAuth 2.0. We access this data only after you explicitly authorise it through Google's consent screen, and only for the services you choose to connect.
Services we connect to: Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.
Manual access (no API connection): Where Google Business Profile access is part of your service, we guide you to grant access manually through Google Business Profile - we do not access it through Google APIs.
Data we access: Advertising campaign and performance metrics, analytics reporting data, account and property identifiers, tag/container configuration, product/merchant data, and business profile information - limited to the accounts you link.
Why we access it: To establish the link between your Google accounts and our platform, to generate performance and reporting dashboards, and to manage authorised access on your behalf as part of the advertising and analytics services you have engaged us for.
How we store it: OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not store more Google user data than is necessary to provide these features, and we do not create permanent copies beyond what is required for the service.
Limited Use commitment. YourDigital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Consistent with those Limited Use requirements, we affirm that information received from Google APIs is not:
- Used or transferred for serving advertisements, including retargeted, personalised, or interest-based advertising;
- Sold or transferred to data brokers, information resellers, or other parties;
- Used to train, fine-tune, or improve generalised AI or machine-learning models;
- Accessed by our personnel except as needed to provide or support the services you have engaged us for, with your consent, for security or abuse investigations, or to comply with applicable law.
Revoking access. You may disconnect our access to your Google account at any time - either by contacting us at hello@yourdigital.com.au, or directly via your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
